We make our best efforts to deliver your order within 4 to 10 business days. In rare cases, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used, and delivery may take longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed at every stage. 

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Please ensure your package is sealed and unopened at the time of delivery.

If you notice that the package appears opened or tampered with, kindly record a video and inform us immediately at info@koozywear.com At present, shipping is available only within India.
